Lasitha Vitharana, a Graduate of Chartered Institute of Marketing – UK, and a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM Sri Lanka) possesses nearly 35 years of managerial experience covering disciplines such as Marketing Communications, Human Resource Management, Retailing and General Management functions at some of Sri Lanka’s leading companies. He has had extensive training in Advertising, Marketing, HR and General Management from reputed local and foreign institutions including Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM Sri Lanka), National University of Singapore (NUS), Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Employers Federation of Ceylon (EFC) etc.He has served in Leadership positions at Richard Pieris Distributors, the operators of Arpico Supercentres – Sri Lanka’s leading chain of large format food and homeware stores. He has also served as Deputy General Manager at Cargills (Ceylon) Ltd. – Sri Lanka’s leading food retailer where he oversaw both operations and human resource development functions of 10,000 plus workforce. Lasitha was also instrumental in launching the first ever training academy for Cargills where he spearheaded its entire operation, from curriculum development, structuring of training programmes to ensuring effective delivery.

This is in addition to a Diploma in Computer Systems Design which he obtained from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) in 1985.
Anusha Wickramarathne
Anusha Wickramarathne is a highly skilled professional in Event and Project Management. She brings over 15 years of expertise in managing high-profile local and international events for prominent public, private, and non-governmental organizations showcasing her ability to tailor each event to meet rigorous standards and complex requirements – a skill that has established her as a distinguished leader in the field, known for transforming vision into impactful, seamless experiences for all stakeholders involved.Anusha, holds an LLB from the University of London and a BSc. in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the National University of Ireland. In addition, she has also completed her Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM Sri Lanka). She also possesses the Diploma in Computer System Design from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) where she was employed, attached to the IT department working on projects relating to system analysis and designing.
